At OPP Group we like to think that the bio-security level of a farm is as good as the cleaning and disinfection of the vehicles that visit the farm.<\/p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-721\" src=\"http:\/\/oppgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/drysist-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"538\" srcset=\"https:\/\/oppgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/drysist-1.png 799w, https:\/\/oppgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/drysist-1-300x202.png 300w, https:\/\/oppgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/drysist-1-768x517.png 768w, https:\/\/oppgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/drysist-1-232x156.png 232w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/>\n<p>In this context, it has been proven that the PRRS virus spreads primarily through pig transport vehicles, much more than through other ways of transmission (air, contact with personnel, etc).<\/p>\n<p>Chemical truck disinfection systems currently used, face several problems:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dilution of disinfectants and their inactivation in the presence of organic\u00a0substances<\/li>\n<li>The time required for the elimination of bacteria<\/li>\n<li>Major accumulation of disinfectants on the truck after finishing the process, which freeze at cold seasons of the year<\/li>\n<li>Grave environmental damage caused by the use\u00a0of liquid disinfectants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Answer to the Problem: DrySist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>OPP Group, has developed an innovative system of thermal decontamination, the DrySist system.<\/p>\n<p>Our goal with for DrySist, is to offer the market a fast, reliable and safe disinfection system, which minimizes environmental damage and reduces the financial cost of each disinfection.<\/p>\n<p>Besides, DrySist confirms and issues n electronic certificate of the success of the disinfection process, so that each process is registered and communicated in real-time to people or institutions that the user considers appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>The disinfection process of DrySist is divided in three phases:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Thermo-decontamination of the animal transport box.
